several years ago Bren parts kits had a fairly simple demil, and were much easier to reweld into ATF legal semi-autos (as well as post samples), but the current demil on the Brens (those having been sold the last few years) can have the demil vary a great deal depending on who was working the torch at the time.

Some demils like just like the old style demil, while others have a lot of damage to the mag catch area and look impossible to reweld into a semi... WELL.... ....

The DP-28 is a Russian designed light machine gun used from 1926 until the 60’s when it was replaced by the PK line of machine guns. It uses a top-mounted drum magazine, with available capacities being 47, 49 and 60 rounds. It is chambered in the Russian 7.62x54R round, roughly equivilant to the American .30-06. It has a fixed wood stock, and no handgaurd, as it is fired from its bi-pod. It ....

These kits are in good to very good condition, and are the last of the BREN parts kits in the US inventory, and that inventory has nearly run out as of May 7th 2008. if you want a BREN you better purchase while they are still avail.
