Here's a receiver, fire control group, and bolt templates that I built up from scans a few months back.

The PDF should print to 1:1 scale, and printouts seem to be accurate to within a few mils.  I haven't finished milling the two halves of the resulting receiver yet though!

Feel free to copy, modify, and redistribute this drawing for any (legal) purpose.

Holloways show a 24degree angle on the reciever that is grooved for the narrow scope rings. If you use that and keep the top flat it make it easier to mount a rail or base that you make yourself. The radius makes things look more elegant but is also more difficult to match on the bottom of a rail.
