Cheers, Mongo for finding that

It's certainly a new take on an old design, so to speak.
The mag grip, is certainly looks like an improvement over the original, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

So you want a Welrod.

B&T has copied it and done some slight updates to it calling it a veterinarian pistol in 9mm.

I like the way the cheeky sods say they designed it!!!! Errrm don't think so, it's pretty much a direct copy with a few little changes to distinguish it from the original. More of an "upgrade" than anything else.

Looking at the picture I can tell it is an almost exact copy with a different magazine and grip design. The trigger mechanism is identical with a few parts manufacturing changes.

Well looking at the B&T model, I can see some variations in the original design, so they may have tweaked it a little.

Also the article author, may not be aware of the Welrod, and as basing the article on information received from B&T

I am finishing up a poster project. I will be selling various gun "blue prints" as posters. I generate all of them myself in Solidworks.

Here is the sample of the Welrod.
