Were they worth it? I want to do an RPD build.... but don't want to get to far with MORE parts laying everywhere...

Were ANY markings preserved? Just curious if anything will survive the welding/ machining process or the demill process.

I'll have to put up pics of the sections I got. Your front section looks to be in much better shape than 2 out of the 3 I have... they really butchered these things during demill. Good thing the parts kits come with that front stub still attached to the barrel.

Alright, here we go. There is certainly some variety to what you might get as far as the front sections go... the rest, however, is pretty much the same. I'm not sure if any of these sections would be ideal for a reweld, they demilled them well (not in a good way for us, however)










They seem to have used different sized end-mills on these sections, and really butchered the threads as well as the retaining pin slot; one of them escaped with the hole intact.
