Hello!

I am live overseas, in Sweden and I an owner of a replica(dummy) of a Swedish K( Carl Gustav m/45). I will put a selector switch on it,  but I do not know where in the box I will drill. The problem is that all m/45 with selector switch(Police model) in Sweden are destroyed, so I cant find any info ower here.  So I wonder if someone on this forum knows where I can find some info about the right measure?

Kind regards

Samlaren

Hey brother,

The Swedish K is one of my dream guns!  I'd LOVE to get even a dummy as a wall hanger!

In any case, I don't think they even made the Swedish K with select fire.....  I'm pretty sure it was Full Auto only.  It had such a slow rate of fire, shooting semi was easy enough but just tapping the trigger.

If memory serves, there is a safety selector but that just moved the sear connector back so that it would not drop the sear, it didn't put it to semi.

There was the American copy, the S&W 76 after they refused to sell the Swedish K to the U.S. as they did not support Nam, but I don't know if that had a semi setting or not....

That being said, I certainly don't know about all the variations and modifactions they came out with in the 60+ years of its service.
