Okay, i put my pieces on them and discovered a couple of things. First, these fit really good and tight! But not too tight. I am going to recommend lubrication like anti seize coating on the aluminum bar to help get it in without galling it up. Possibly on the inner receiver pieces as well. I would use the type with copper in it. I am going to use 1 to make mine to show that these will work great! There is room to get the bolt in for setting the proper length and headspace as well!! The key is in cleaning off all of the sl*g and smoothing out the rough edges before installing.
One small snag, i have to trim the steel clamping plate a little on 1 side, and get 1/4" smaller bolts!!! Other then that, these are awesome! And, machined to precise tolerances for the straightest possible alignment! My barrel went right in, and right out when the bolts were tight. The bolts were protruding through so i could not get the bolt in to set the headspace, that's why i need to shorten them. I did back the bolts out and the bolt did fit and lock in. I will post pics of the jig with the receiver on it when i get the shorter bolts!
Here they are, the lighting in here sux!

Thanks drew!!! I am thinking that they will work great! I just have to get the bolts shorter so the bolt clears.
bolts shorter so the bolt clears? If it were not on a forum like this everyone would say, "what the heck is he talkin about!"

Here are some pictures of it set up on mine.
This jig sets everything up nice and straight and clamps it all together. But, the front section will still need to be supported with clamps and steel. There is just not enough steel left on mine to clamp to. I noticed drewgun's was the same. I am assuming they all will be similar. If you get luck enough to have some extra meat on the bottom it will work sweet for the front as well!
Bottom line, this set up would be very easy to set distances and re-weld.

So, i have been thinking about a rental price for usage on this jig. I am not really sure what to charge?
I was thinking this, send deposit, use for 1 week for $25.00 or $30.00, send it back. I refund the deposit minus the rental fee and shipping? I figured the deposit should cover the cost to make it incase it leaves and doesn't come home!
Or, i will sell 1 for $150.00 that includes shipping in the US.
Are those fair prices?

Just an update on this:
I have successfully welded my 1st 3 sections back together! They are nice and straight. The charging handle went right in without binding or anything like that! If you have one of these, you know what that means!
I will post pictures for the build i am going to put on the site. It will be on here shortly.

Here are more pictures of how i used it! I coated the jig and the inside of the sections with anti seize compound, once the parts were aligned, i cut filler pieces to help with the shrinkage as well as protect the jig from directly being welded on.
YOU CAN SEE HERE THAT WITH THE FIRST 2 SECTIONS ONLY, THAT THE JIG IS CLAMPING THE VERY FRONT PIECE!!!
HERE IS SECTION #3 PUT INTO POSITION NOTE THE BOLT IS IN ALSO TO SET THE PROPER DISTANCE AND HEADSPACE
ONCE I WAS DONE WITH THE OUTSIDES, I PULLED THE JIG OUT AND CLEANED IT UP
YOU CAN SEE HERE THAT SOME SPLATTER AND PROBABLY MY FILLER PIECES SCRATCHED IT UP A LITTLE
Knowing that, i would not charge for it if it gets rented.
Also, when i got the jig out, i got the charging handle out of curiosity, and i put it in!!!!! It went right in smooth as a baby's bottom!!!

The piece of metal sticking out, is a feeler gauge. I was going to use the .030 that is mentioned here and there, but at the last minute, i decided to go with the .010! I hope that i did not screw myself! The.030 just seemed like too big of a gap to me.
I am going to make a different thread for the build i am doing.
