What are my options on getting a PPSh41 Semi Auto build?

I have two complete Polish kits with barrels and another partial true russian kit?

Is there someone that will take my parts and build it for me?

Is there anyone that still sells Semi-Auto parts?

What about 922R? I want mine built as a registered SBR.

Any help is appreciated.
