Just an FYI, i will be offering semi auto lowers for these very soon. They will be a bolt on deal with no mods required to the bolt to function, meaning no machine work to clear the hammer like when using an AK FCG. The trigger will be located in the proper place and the hammer will function properly. I will post some pics tonight or tomorrow.

You will still need to drill you bolt for the firing pin and any other mods required for semi auto conversion.

But, this takes care of the FCG as well as 3 US made parts for compliance for Rifle builds! Pricing will be very reasonable, i am waiting on cost for the required springs, as i have the rest finished.

BTW, semi auto converted bolts, Made in the USA, coming soon also!!!

Any interest?

Here are some teaser pics.

These are just cut out, still need cleaning up.

They will look similar to this, but i have made some improvements,

I could offer these 2 ways. Send me your lower and i will install them, or, i send them to you and you do it! Still waiting on springs so i am not quite sure of pricing yet but, they will be very cost effective and save tons of time and fitting!!!! The big plus is; There will be NO machine work necessary on the bottom of the bolt to function, and, the trigger stay's where it should, and the hammer is where it should be!!!

Still might need minor fitting since everyone's build is not exactly the same but, for the most part, they will be a drop in deal!!!

Also, with the PPS43's, i have a pin with a detent that will be an option for these. It will allow the lower to separate from the upper for easier cleaning!

More pics to come, with pricing!

I had saw that a long time ago! Had to watch it again! But yeah, "I am sitting on a goldmine!" They should work fine, they are almost the same as the ones in use today!!! I have made a few small changes, to improve the design.

BTW, if i really was sitting on a gold mine, (or if these pay off) i will donate to the Boss!!!

midmichigun, if you are interested in a kit, pm me.

Just an update on these, after some trial and error, i have decided to only offer the stainless steel versions!!! It seams that the laser cuts the stainless a lot cleaner. I am sure that there is a laser somewhere in the states that could do wonderful work with mild but, not close to me!!!

The problem was, i am cutting thinner then the material thickness! That is not easy to do with a laser, or torch for that matter!

This really does not affect the final price! It is actually not much more for the stainless, so why not? I am talking like $2.00 per set!

After some program and material adjustments, i am FINALLY happy with the parts! Here are some pics. Sorry the lighting is poor!

Also, got the springs on the way! All that is left is, some minor machine work and assembly! I will post pictures of the final assembly and a price very soon!

They will be very affordable! And, besides never rusting, it will make building a whole lot easier and trouble free!!!

So, ... progress? Still trying to work out the spring issue? Would you be willing to sell a raw cut set?

Progress has been halted for a minute. I actually got the spring issue resolved! I have been making the boxes that hold the parts all together for an already assembled unit. It bolts right in!

I moved recently, found some cool stuff i forgot i had! But i sucked big time! I had to build a new "shop" because the house i moved into, did not have a gargae or shed. LAME!! But, the extra room is nice! Room o plenty for the kiddies. I have the "shop" all but done now. The end of this week i can move my tools in and pick up where i left off!

I would be willing to sell you a set to play with if you want! I can include the springs also. Heck, i have undrilled box's as well if you want? PM me.

The suck of moving is fresh in my mind, almost exactly a year ago  my wife and I moved into our house, and a week later got hit by the halloween blizzard and were without power for almost a week. This year it's a hurricane instead of snow, but unlike last year, we have just about eveything we need and are completely prepared if the same thing happens (generator, water, gas, propane, food, etc.) We still haven't fully unpacked though; and I too keep finding things I forgot I had.

If you're that close to having things ready, I'll wait. I can see alot of potential for this little unit in Many projects...

Its funny you said that! I actually was thinking........i wont say!!! I am sure we are on the same page brother! I can't wait to get some of them done.

The bottom line is this, the design is tried and true. Proven to work. I have done minor things to improve on it as best as i can. It is very compact and also durable! I actually have 2 different hammer springs, 1 is the "normal" and the other is "heaver".

I have made drill jigs to make sure they are consistently made. That took some time to develop a jig that would allow drilling but also easy access to retrieve the part! I tried to keep it simple though. No point in complicating it, right?

Hypothetically, you got your receiver assembled, the bolt is drilled and a firing pin installed protruding from the rear, plus any blocker bar cuts made, and the sear notch cut off, or welded, then your done! Drop the box in and test fire!

Wait, you also have to make a very minor mod to the safety for it to function WITH these parts. Very simple cut and bend. Keep the original safety and it functions like an original would!

I am about to kick in the turbo on these to get some out to get feed back. I am not worried though, as i said, tried and true!

As far as price, i am trying to keep the cost down to a bare minimum! At first, i thought i could keep them down to around $60.00 per complete set.

Of course there have been some minor set backs and complications. Mostly with the machining of the sear's. These are very small! And, very hard to hold! The machinist quoted me 1 price to make the cuts, then after, (of course) he told me they were a pain and would need more money later to do more.

That is just 1 instance of what i am up against making these beauties!!! I NEED my own milling machine!!!! Anyone want to donate 1?

In the end, i think they will still be LESS then $100.00 each. And i can most likely offer a reduction for purchasing multiple units. As it stands right now, i should have some of these done in the next week or 2 tops!!!!!!

There are "others" out there. But, these work! And i am sure that the quality, and functionality, will speak for themselves. I am also trying to get some pricing on either modifying, or just flat making, semi auto blots.

I would like to find someone who has the following done, (besides myself):

1) Assembled receiver with blocker for semi bolt
2) bolt with firing pin installed that protrudes at the rear fitted to thier receiver
3) auto sear either welded or cut off

Basically, ready to rock n roll, but trying to figure out which FCG to use! That way, i could be sure that person, or person's, gets these first! And then we all could get feedback from an unbiased person/people, quickly. I welcome it, because i know these are reliable and function.

I also have 2 different hammer springs for them, "normal", and "heavier", that should be enough to set the hammer strength for whatever ammo/firing pin/firing pin spring combo one could have, even a homemade firing pin and spring.
