I feel you brother! That is what inspired me to make these to begin with! I want to help others to be able to enjoy these beautiful weapons easily! That helps the "average"guy without tons of skill or experience to be able to get his running well!

These are now being offered! Price is $110.00 shipped! First come first served, i have 20 units i am assembling right now!
1 unit is gone, to be tested by an unbiased party. 19 left.
This photo shows the hammer being held by the main sear ready to fire.
This photo shows the hammer being held by the secondary sear, same as if the bolt cocked it and you were still holding the trigger, YOU MUST RELEASE THE TRIGGER TO RELEASE THE HAMMER TO THE MAIN SEAR. Thus, resetting to fire again. 1 shot per 1 trigger pull.
All of the above photos were before they were completely assembled. The next series are of the assembled units. No paint or primer, in the white so to speak. The hammer, sears, trigger, pins, are stainless. The housing is thicker then the original, so is the connecting bar. Also, the spring is a little stronger and 1 piece as opposed to the 2 piece. The spacers that keep everything centered are also more substantial.
Here are some drawings i have done to show what needs to be done to put these in. Pretty straight forward.

I figured you would want 1. Another is saved for ryche. That makes 17 left on this run.
I actually had a thought lastnight, if i make a small change to the housing, and add on a rear piece and drill it, there will be no need to make a spacer. All the spacer is for, is to make up for the rear section of the original trigger unit, which is removed. Might change the housings to simplify it even more! Plus that would eliminate the need for ANY welding!!!!!
But, welding IS needed to build the dang thing anyway so.....

I am willing to give discounts for multiple sets. Also, the test unit is on its way. I assume that it will only take 2-3 hours for the mods and installation.
So, hopefully by next week, there will be some real world feedback on the unit. Fit, function, ease of installation, ect. The guy i sent it too has his PPS 43 ready to go, except the FCG!
I figured it would be perfect for someone else to try it out and give some feedback. Keep in mind, the unit i sent off, is the first one i assembled, i also used those parts to build drilling jigs. So they have seen use. In fact, it is the same unit pictured. The others are in nicer shape.
I did not apply a finish, because, i wanted whoever gets them to be able to finish to match their build. The stainless does not need a finish applied to prevent rust but the rest will. These are not real easy to assemble, so i would not recommend taking them apart! These are small parts, with 3 different springs, mini E clips, small spacers and pins.
Its not rocket science but, not easy! I made an "assembly tool" to ease my suffering!
Because of this, i have not offered any parts sets, and i want it to be as easy as possible for the end user, so i assemble them.
I am sure, these will work in many applications!!!! Not limited to the PPS 43! I will get some width and length measurements and post to give you guys ideas.
Again, i will offer a small discount for multiple sets.
Real world feedback coming soon!! Not just my word!

Ok, here's the deal.
I will let the first 10 units go for $100.00 shipped! I want to get some out there and being used for some feedback!

MADE ANOTHER IMPROVEMENT!!!!
I made a small mod that allowed me to go from 9 e-clips to only 3!! The pins are now held in place by spring wire which also allowed to overall width to be even less!!
These are now 3/4 of an inch wide!!! They were 7/8 which fit anyway but, i can make them as skinny as 1/2 inch, which opens up doors to many other subguns!!!
I can also move the distance that the trigger is from the hammer!!!! I have not measured the distance that it is now, but you guys who know the PPS 43 well, already understand that the hammer needs to be well forward of the trigger to work and look right. I could move the hammer 4 feet away from the trigger if i wanted/needed to!
Right now i have 2 spring strengths as well.
BULLPUP ANYONE? GOT SPECS? I WILL CUSTOM BUILD IT TO YOUR SPECS!!!!!!
Check these out;
If you look closely you can see the tension rod that holds the pins in the housing in these 2 photos.

OK...Guys, I guess its time to get out some GOOD Info on "Mech Warrior's" FCG !!
I am the "TESTER" for his new FCG... I have been holding back for a while, as I wanted to be sure as NOT to OVER RATE a product, before it was "well" evaluated!
I probably should run another 100 rnds or so through the gun before I make a COMPLETE decision on this "unit". So far I have fired aprox. 200 shots...
The 1st FCG I recieved from Marty, was his Original unit... It had the "many" small "E" clips, holding it together... I found that installing & removing it a few times, as I worked with it, caused these little clips to come off (& disappear) a lot! Marty saw that he needed to do something about that right away.. So he came up with a "fix"! The unit worked flawlessly for 60 rounds & then developed a problem where the Disconector, would not release to the Hammer Sear, unless you pushed the Trigger forward! At that time I returned the unit to him & he exchanged it with the Unit he now Markets (his version 2) This is a much improved FCG Unit !! Smaller too. I have to say that during my testing, I had my OWN ISSUES... His FCG functioned fine, but I had difficulties with my Firing Pin & ejector... Also during testing I discovered that there are a few mods that will need attention on every PPS-43... BE PREPARED Marty & I have had a close relationship during this process... Lots of Emails & phone calls... WE have learned a lot from each other & plan to share this knowledge with YOU! The "MODS" mentioned above will be explained more in future posts... They entail: removing the small "knee" where the lower center "feed ramp" runs up to the back of the Bolt. Possibly constructing a "Buffer" with a hole to accept the rear of the Firing Pin. A "bump" or small piece of metal inside the upper, next to the Ejecter head. And some minor others! LAST... My testing is NOT over, I will be adding material as we go... But to let you know, I have every confidence that this "LITTLE" FCG is a GOOD one! I personally have been looking for THIS.. as I want my Gun to "look" as the ORIGINAL! AS YOU DO! My last test session was GREAT... I had limited time & only fired 50 rnds . Loaded 10 to 15 rnds in the mags & rapid fired all the shots... In the 50 rnds I had 4 jams.. they were caused by ejection probs. NOT FCG malfunctions! I had NO failure to fire Probs. ALL hammer hits were GOOD! I think this has gone on long enough! KEEP IN TOUCH !! Charlie

Thanks Charlie! Well written!
Here is the "knee" that charlie is referring too on the bolt. The area in red needs to be removed.

The "bump" Charlie is referring to, is an indent on the receiver that holds the ejector against the bolt for reliable ejection. It could be made by indenting, or, welding a thin piece of metal inside.
