Trilux Sight Drawings & Parts List. Not issued to AUS Army I had some experience with them via the British Army.
My Objections Would be 1) Bulky 2) Tapered Post Reticle 3) Upside down reticule
4) Filled with Radioactive Tritium Gas 5) Safety Instructions if it appears damaged drop it & get away quickly,
if indoors open windows while exiting. Not a great Infantry item.

Superb, a FAL in .280 British, these photos really give an insight into the early development of the FAL.

At the Infantry Centre Singleton they have the first two FAL to arrive at Lithgow as well as a display of every step of the manufacture of every component the SLR as it is known here

AUS also developed the F2 upgrade for the L2 it never saw the light of day.

Agree about the Trilux. I have one that's been de-nuked, and has an LED to replace the tritium, so the post glows red instead of green when it's turned on. Very heavy compared to say an ACOG.

It occured to me while converting FG 42 images into a PDF
Sights - Bipod - Forend & Butt of the F2 look exactly like the FG 42

I'll resurrect this thread to ask:

Since L1A1s function when using FN FAL metric magazines, and the BREN .308" conversion would function using L1A1 mags, does the BREN .308" conversion function w/ FN FAL metric magazines?

Century Arms

Since the metric mag works on the Rifle and it would be upside down on a L4 BREN taking some minor variance of fit out of the Equation if there is any, the short answer would appear to be yes. Though I have not personally tried it.

Sagittarii,
Really appreciate your efforts in posting these manuals. I especially found the U. S. Marine Corps organizational maintenance manual interesting. I was wondering if you might have a lead on a relate U. S. Marine Corps manual to it. That manual is TM 8370-50127-OR/21, Operator's Manual with Components List for Rifle, 7.62 MM, FN FAL.

Both of these files have the appropriate numbers that are used by everybody in NATO and affiliated with it so they should be exactly same for the USA.
NATO Stock No
Item Name and Description
Part Drawing NO
It also appears you may have the wrong TM number let me know if the two files below don't help.

I had a similar problem and just deleted Win 10 and it automatically returned to the operating system I had before.. Hell of a waste of download time..

Deleted Win 10 PC went crazy almost nothing worked so I downloaded Win 10 again.

Many programs have vanished or refuse to work PC cant identify anything other than a USB drive.

Some programs it says cant run under Win 10 probably didn't pay Bills license fee.

Computer needs a wipe and a clean install of Win 7 to avoid future problems I'll do a complete drive back up for reinstall after all updates are done.
