I'm still setting on my kit and I did purchase the conversion kit from Wiselite.
My bet would be that if anyone could build an ATF approved kit it would be Dennis at Midwest Metal. Maybe if all of you that have kits would reach out to him, he might give it a go. You can look him up on the web. He is in Iowa.
This gun is all kinds of cool; almost space age if you have the finned barrel shroud. (BTW still available from Centerfire.)

Swiss, i have talked to dennis, but not about these. He was busy at the time with his own stuff. I have thought about contacting him again as i have his number in my phone. I saw the photos of one that was built with the WLA stuff. It looks really cool.

I am also looking for the good tripod for the ZB37 and a barrel locking handle (the wood one that appears to double as a carry handle).
So, since the other new post provides a source for barrels, maybe we can find a SOT to finish these beauties.
And, Capt. Max; don't rub it in! :-)

Colww, negative. I do not have the semi stuff.
Swiss, we need to find a SOT that will do it without taking 1 year or more! I, myself, am far to impatient to wait for 1 year or more, when i could make it work myself! We need a 2 man shop so it will only take 6 months!
Even better, a 3 man shop! Now we are down to 3 months!
