Colt Govt .380 frame info?

I'm looking for a machinists drawing, cad model, measurements... Basicly any info on the Colt Government .380 / Mustang II (later model).
I just picked up a vintage slide & oddball parts that are a beautiful match for my 1911 Govt, just 75% smaller.  A perfect backup / lite carry piece.
I'm planning on fabricating a new frame sized for 9mm,  with an 8-round single-stack sized grip ( or maby 7+1 if the esthetics look wonky.).
I think my biggest question aside from looking for accurate dimensions, is the frame simple scaled down from the 1911, or based of the 1908?  I'm planning on going the Browning route, with a solid backstrap, single safety only.

So, any help or input greatly appreciated,

Al

Looks like a totally different setup than a 1911, and I doubt anyone has the Blueprints as Colt has been pretty tight with letting anyone have them other than the original 1911. I have never even found the Specs. for the Officer Model..
