Hello!
Some months ago, I came across a Russian image posting site (Radikal, I think?) that included a .jpg image saved as 0b71f0b7b811.jpg, which was one of the sheets from Mauser's wartime blueprints for the MP3008. The title of the drawing, which depicts the dimensions of the receiver of the Sten-inspired subgun, is "Gehäuse (Schweißuntergruppe)." I'm at a loss to find the image or the hosting site again. Does anyone know if this blueprint has been published at a reasonably good resolution, and if so, where it may be obtained? I've searched here, but not found anything. And thanks!

Well, I've found the image of the blueprint I referenced in the post above. But BE FOREWARNED: the host site is plagued by annoying Russian pop-up ads that may obscure the image. Perhaps someone more savvy than myself can overcome this and repost it in a usable form here. Anyway, the link to the blueprint image is here:

I did not have any luck backtracking this to a discussion or forum in which it may have originally been posted. Sure would be nice to find the whole set of drawings...

Welcome to Weaponeer.  That's a generous offer.  Got any Legos?

Robertmbowman, I'd also like to thank you for your offer. I'm wondering if you might be able to obtain dimensions of the inside of the magazine well; I'm curious as to how the magazine to magazine well fit was on these weapons.

As an aside, the only MP3008 I've ever seen was one sold by Ohio Ordnance years ago at Knob Creek. I hate to think about what one would bring now. How about this: Trump wins, '86 ban goes away, and we ALL get to have fun!
