Does anyone make 100% Skorpion Recievers? I have zero welding, or machineing experience, and my tools consist of basic screw drivers, pliers, wrences, a hammer, and a vice in the garage, my heaviest equipment is a Dremel tool so I'll need a drop in part.
How about 80%?, are they easy enough to complete with a Dremel?

Has anyone received their receiver yet from the GB? I thought they were being shipped a week ago Friday.
