Selling another piece from my aviation collection. This time a single propeller blade as removed from a Boeing B-29 or B-50 bomber. The B-50 is basically the same aircraft but had a turbine engine added on a pod to each outboard wing. This type of blade was also used on some later B-29 production aircraft. The one I have for sale is in excellent condition and may even be serviceable?? It is a curtiss Electric blade with center decal intact and painted yellow tip. this thing is over 8 feet long and weighs at least 100 pounds so shipping cost might be an issue. Another very rare item but I am pricing it very reasonably at $795. I will deliver to the UPS store near my house where they will package for you. Pictures will be posted later. PM me if interested

Oh, there's more than one survivor, I think last count was over two dozen world wide with one in flying condition operated by the CAF "FiFi". got to see her fly at an airshow years ago, man what a sound those engines make, pure music. See and here you can own a piece of one!!

Hi,

I am interested in buying a B-29 prop blade. My dad was a pilot of a B-29 off Tinian in 1945. I have his flag on display with all his US Army Air Force medals. I would like to get a B-29 prop to go with it. I know you posted this back in 2007 (only a decade ago!), and I wonder if you have one for sale or know who I might approach to find who is selling a prop.
