It is free and supported. The "Writer" allows you to create documents that incorporate images that can then be saved as a .PDF. It is also compatible with MS Word documents. Good application and costs nothing more than the time it takes to download and install.

if you scan the manual and send it to me by email i can create a pdf and optomize it to make for a smaller file. I have the full adobe suite of software. PM or email me if interested.

I ordered several Bren manuals recently, and they should be here next week. Anyone interested in scans of them, and would it be alright to share it with the rest of you guys, Weaponeer?

This would be fantastic. I'm looking for some pics on the sight assembly for the Mk-I. I can't seem to make mine work right and there's lots of extra parts I have no clue about.

Newbie question where is the locking shoulder? Is this where the barrel locks into the receiver?

The locking shoulder is located in the BREN receiver directly behind the magazine opening. I have a few images that may help.
