For those of us lacking the equipment and skills, where can we find 07’s that will weld a cut receiver? For a 4-cut, saw-cut receiver, how much should a customer expect to pay? Is a saw cut receiver worse to deal with than a torch cut, or better (assuming the guy that did it was not a maniac)?

Do you have any pics of your receiver? I am not familiar with saw cuts. I have a few torch cuts. I'd pick saw cut but then my torch cuts missed all important featuers and they are only 3 cuts, so.... depends.
Where are you located? Were you looking to just send it out and have the work completed for you and sent back? Let us know....

I am in Central New York. I have not bought the saw cut receiver yet, I figured it would wise to check with the experts, you guys, first.
I would need to farm out the welding work b/c I cannot do it, I wish I could but for health reasons I cannot.
I picked up a nice parts kit from Brian at BRP, they have them again, who knowsfor how long? If you know anyone looking, there may not be another chance it these. I do not work for BRP or anything, I just love my kit.
