Any one have a Madsen M50 SMG parts kit or information? I just picked up a kit and was wondering if anyone has built one or thought about it. I will post some pics when I get a chance.

Where did you get a kit?

I do not have much info except for a blueprint. I am planning on scratch building something that will look like the Madsen. I am going to increase the FCG area so I can use a AR15 or a AK FCG. My first task will be to see if I can form the receiver shell. I will be working on this in a couple weeks.

I look forward to seeing your pictures.

I found it on gunbroker for all of $45 and that included 2 sten mags. the kit is a bit rusty with a pretty shout out bore bit it is complete except for the recoil spring and a couple of pins. Basically the entire center of the receiver is gone along with about half the magwell. I will gladly help with info. PM me with your email and I will send detailed pics.

the Barrel is cut and welded, and the Bolt is cut under 45°.
